Saturday September 22nd devMeet!
WelcomingReminder: Less than one week to go! Just a friendly reminder since in the past people have forgotten about the DA Meet!
The most important details are as follows:
Time and Date: Midday on Saturday the 22nd September 2007 (That's this coming Saturday)
Location: In front of the Palm House at the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. Please see this deviation for a map, in case you don't know where it is: [link]

Who: Any Adelaide deviants, and those who want to tag along are welcome (family, friends, etc)
Bring: Whatever art tools you like, friendly attitude, a name tag with your real name and your deviantArt name, a packed lunch or some $ to buy lunch at the nearby kiosk/deli/cafe thing.
If you have any ideas about how to make this deviant meet more fun for everyone either post them in a response to this journal or send the ~adelaidedeviants account a note with your ideas.
~Idle-Tears would also like everyone to know that she's got some jewelery she made and is selling. You can look at her journal post for more information. If you want anything from her at the devmeet or have questions for her beforehand please contact ~Idle-Tears directly.
Why this date? Well, that's when *crikey (Australian Deviants group) is arranging a national meet, so hopefully deviants in other states will be having a meet on the same day as us!
If you haven't personally met anyone from deviantArt before, please don't hesitate to come along. Previous meets have shown that the group is very friendly and theres a broad range of people in terms of ages and styles of art pursued. You're welcome to bring along friends anyway, since it's in a public place and there's no cost involved! Everyone has something in common being a member on this site already!
